Becoming a Christian
If you want to become a follower of Jesus (a Christian) then you have to ask Him to come into your life. It is important that you talk to someone about this. Sometimes it's not easy to talk to mum or dad or brothers and sisters about things like this. That's why we have people like John or Ann working at our church. But if you want to say a prayer about this then try this:
Dear Lord Jesus, I want to follow you. Sometimes I have done bad things and am sorry for that. Please forgive me for these things. (You might have something on your mind that you are sorry for, so say that). Thank you for dying on the cross for me so that I can be forgiven. Please come into my life and be my Lord, Saviour and friend. Jesus, I give my life to you. Amen
